Warrior Power is offering a four week fall sports prep program this summer, three days a week, Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays, from July 24 to August 18 at the Shaun Beasley Oval. This is open to any athlete who would like a shorter program before the start of the fall season. The program is designed to cover all components of speed, strength, agility and power.
