MELROSE — Carmella A. (Limone) Scott, of Melrose, passed away at the Winchester Hospital on July 11 at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Russell Scott. Devoted daughter of the late Peter and Antonia (Lombardo) Limone. Caring sister of Connie Athanas and her late husband Salvatore “Skip”; Rose Balesteri and her late husband Alfonso; Lena Fortunato; the late Joseph Limone and his late wife Laura; the late Josephine Micale and her late husband Paul; the late Salvatore Limone and his late wife Margaret; the late Rosario “Roy” Limone and his late wife Helen; the late Mary Bramante and her late husband James; the late Helen Palano and her late husband Charles; the late Peter Limone and his late wife Olympia; and the late Frank Limone. Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
Visiting hours were held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Monday, July 17 from 9 to 10 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends were respectfully invited to attend. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. In lieu of flowers, contributions were made to the charity of your choice.
