Wreaths Across America ceremony at Forest Glade Saturday

WAKEFIELD — On Saturday, December 17 at 12 noon, the public is invited to participate in the annual Wreaths Across America (WAA) ceremony at Forest Glade Cemetery, to remember and honor our veterans and their families. Volunteers will assist in the placement of 430 wreaths on the granite headstones.

LAST SATURDAY, the Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce hosted Santa’s Parade through the town. Santa was led through town by eight ‘reindeer’ and was also assisted by Wakefield Police.
