MELROSE In-person early voting will take place at the City Council Chamber located on the first floor of City Hall (562 Main St.) on the following dates:

Saturday, October 23: 10 a.m. 2 p.m.

Monday, October 25: 9 a.m. 2 p.m.

Tuesday, October 26th: 9 a.m. 2 p.m.

Wednesday, October 27: 9 a.m. noon and 4 p.m. 8 p.m.

Registered voters can also cast their ballots by mail, or in person on Election Day:

Vote by mail submit a vote-by-mail ballot application to the Melrose Elections Office. Applications are available on the City of Melrose website (www.cityofmelrose.org/elections) as well as on the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s website (www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elepdf/2021-Vote-by-Mail-Application.pdf). Ballot applications may be submitted in person, by mail, emailed to elections@cityofmelrose.org or dropped into the secure ballot drop box located behind City Hall. The deadline to submit a vote-by-mail application for the upcoming election is October 27, 2021 by 5 p.m.

In-person on Election Day on November 2, residents will vote at the temporarily consolidated polling location Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School gym complex (entrance is 90 Melrose Street). Polls are open from 7 a.m. 8 p.m.
