NORTH READING – There was a mistake in this week’s Transcript story about recycling saving the town $33,000.
The DPW’s annual curbside collection of yard waste will be held on Saturdays, Nov. 22 and Dec. 6.
Residents should put their yard waste in tall paper bags by 6:30 a.m. No plastic bags will be accepted. Branches will be collected but they should be limited to a maximum of three inches in diameter and no longer than 3 feet.
Branches should be bundled, not bagged.
