WAKEFIELD – Elizabeth Price, 93, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2019. Born in Wakefield April 7, 1926 she was the daughter of the late John and Angelina Radocchia.
Elizabeth was a lifelong resident of Wakefield and a graduate of Wakefield High School.
She loved tending her garden and flowers and had her own beehives which led many friends and family to call her the “Queen Bee.”
She was preceded in death by her two brothers Dominic and Antonio Radocchia, and her two daughters, Delores Jacqueline Price and Christine Jennifer Price.
Elizabeth is survived by her son George Price, her daughter Patricia Matonis, her sister Mary Comunale, and her sister-in-law Jane Radocchia, her grandchildren, Greg and Jeff Price and Nick Radocchia, and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Lauren Grace, Kurt, Nick, Kathy, Peter and Angelina Radocchia, Mark Comunale, and Alex Zealand.
Elizabeth will be greatly missed by her extensive family, friends and her little dog Ozzie.
