WAKEFIELD — Jeanne M. Penney of Wakefield, died on Wednesday, June 10 in North Reading.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa. on Aug. 4, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Charlotte (Bardi) Wallace.
Ms. Penney had been a Wakefield resident since 1967. She was a retired hair dresser and was a member of the Wakefield Sons of Italy.
She is survived by her daughter Jamie D. Penney and her husband Kimo Lindon of North Reading; her son David M. Penney and his family of Tewksbury, and her goddaughter Jeanine Perry of Gloucester.
A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday, June 16 at 11 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
