NRHS JUNIOR Aniya Taneja was inspired to start a Girls Who Code Club specifically geared toward Middle School girls to get them excited about making a different in the STEM field after seeing the lack of girls in her computer classes at the high school. Meeting at the library since the fall, Teneja introduced them to Python, which they quickly learned. They even created a Harry Potter-themed final project. The girls are excited to build upon their newfound skills next year guided by Taneja.
