NORTH READING — Applications for the 2022-23 Senior Citizen Tax Rebate Program are still being accepted. Residents may request an application by contacting the Town Administrator’s office at 978-664-6010 or via email at townadministrator@northreadingma.gov.
To qualify for the program, the applicant must be a North Reading home-owning resident, at least 60 years of age, and occupying the property for which the taxes are paid. The program offers participants a rebate in the amount of up to $750 minus taxes and other deductions.
Jobs are available in various town departments and typically require minimal skills. The program will begin on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 and end on or about October 6, 2023.
