REVERE — Richard Gerry, 83, of Revere passed suddenly on April 4.
He was the beloved husband of Linda (Secatore) Gerry. He was the devoted father of Robin and Julie. He was the dear brother of Robert Gerry, Lorraine Dolbeare and the late Frederick, Paul, Warren, and Marion Gerry. He was the cherished son of the late Frederick and Josephine (Flynn). Also survived by loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Richard proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He was a member of the Carpenters Local 26 and a bingo volunteer at St. Anthony’s Church in Revere for many years.
Visitation will be held at the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral 128 Revere St, Revere on Monday, April 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Anthony’s Church at 11.
Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
