THERE WILL be soloists performing in Ice Spectacular and that includes two Wakefield residents. READING — Several Wakefield residents will appear in the North Shore Skating Club’s Ice Spectacular, “Skating in Technicolor” which will be held at the Burbank Ice Arena in Reading on Friday and Saturday evenings, April 10 and 11 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 12 at 2 p.m.
The audience will be treated to incredible skating while watching the NSSC skaters perform to a colorful array of songs.
The North Shore Skating Club is pleased to welcome as guest skaters the 2015 British National Pair Skating Champions, Caitlin Yankowskas and Hamish Gaman. Yankowskas was also the 2011 U.S. National Senior Pairs Champion and world competitor with her former partner, John Coughlin.
Wakefield Memorial High School students, Brianna Racamato and Kaylyn Stewart, will be among the featured soloists. Racamato will perform at the Friday and Saturday performances and Stewart will skate on Friday and Sunday.
In addition, the following Wakefield residents will be skating in group numbers at selected performances. The Wakefield skaters include: Rosella Buscaino, Lyla Cass, Stella Cass, Helena Cioffi, Nadia Collins, Hannah Federici, Emma Fleet, Danielle Gagnon, Alexandra Hatfield, Basia Holowenczak, Eden Hudson, Adriana Minasian, Gabriella Minasian, Brayden Pan and Ava Sasso.
