MEDFORD — Muriel Mavis Kane, a longtime resident of Wakefield died on Monday, Nov. 30, 2015 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford.
Mrs. Kane had been a resident of the Courtyard Nursing Care Center in Medford for the past three years. She was married to Walter H. Kane for 48 years until his passing in 1991.
She leaves behind three daughters: Barbara Noland of Anderson, Ind., Deborah Greenwich and her husband George of Scarborough, Maine and Patricia Kane-Raynor and her husband Ray of Lynn. She also leaves behind five grandchildren: Randy Beeman and wife Adriana, Jim Noland and wife Shana, Emma Greenwich, Christian and Briana Raynor. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren: Alec Noland- Huffman, Kai, Dean and Ella Beeman, and Hunter and Hannah Noland. She was preceded by her granddaughter, Christina.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, Dec. 10 at Courtyard Nursing Care Center, 200 Governors Ave., Medford from 2-4 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment at Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield will take place in the spring. Arrangements in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.
