Lifelong Wakefield resident
WAKEFIELD — Douglas Thomson Bridge died suddenly on July 14, 2022 at the age of 65.
His kind nature, sense of humor, and charismatic smile will be sorely missed by his family and friends. He was a hard worker devoted to his family.
Doug was a lifelong resident of Wakefield.
He is survived by his wife of almost forty years, Eileen Bridge, his daughters Edith and Margot Bridge, his sisters Cynthia Bridge and Deborah Delman and their husbands, his cousin Richard Bruce and wife Cheryl, as well as his nephews, Peter Smith-Vondras and Nathan and Elliott Bruce.
A catered Celebration of Life Memorial will be held Sunday, November 6, from 12 to 4 p.m. at the Americal Civic Center in Wakefield.
